Teppanyaki Chef Yasuhiro Inoue

Born in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. After starting his career in a hotel restaurant, he worked in teppanyaki restaurants in Fukuoka and Kurume, gaining cooking experience while honing his customer service skills.

After being appointed as the chef of the specialty restaurant 'Teppanyaki De Jima' at Nagasaki Marriott Hotel, he utilizes local ingredients from Nagasaki, producing 'creative teppanyaki' that engages all five senses by employing techniques from Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines, while not being confined to traditional teppanyaki. With his exceptional skills, he continues to captivate guests who visit.
